Brief introduction

Duoxiu QIAN received her PhD in Translation Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and MA in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Beihang University. Since 1994, she has been working with Beihang University, teaching various courses related to English and translation at the School of Foreign Languages. She is now Deputy Dean of the School and Head of the Department of Translation and Interpretation.
